GENERAL ASSOCIATE

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to follow directions.
- Willing to use different gauges and/or measuring tools (training offered in-house).
- Ability to detect no good (NG) parts visually.
- Perform all duties without excessive talking.
- Must be able to achieve daily goals based on production needs.
- Ability to stand during shift.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to push/pull skids of parts to designated locations.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Company policy, EPA and OSHA standards.
- Professional interaction with internal and external customers.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
MACHINE MAINTENANCE
St. Marys, OH | All Shifts Shift | Please submit desired salary when completing application.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance duties to equipment.
- Continually monitor machinery and make necessary adjustment(s) to ensure proper operation.
- Perform mechanical repairs to machinery.
- Repair of conveyors and component parts.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Company policy, EPA and OSHA standard.
- Complete all paperwork and/or electronic updates as required.
- Regular use of industrial shop tools and equipment.
- Professional interactions with internal and external customers and vendors.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
- Other duties as assigned.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
